Hi there - I'm a QA, a Leader, and a Researcher

I’m a product and quality leader with over 15 years of experience. I’ve spoken at several dev and test conferences and am passionate about building software and helping teams deliver together better. My academic research is focused on applying Professional Identity Formation theory to quality assurance analysts with an eye towards co-creating a future for quality practitioners that deepens their commitment to the profession. When I’m not working, I can likely be found at a concert, local pro wrestling event, or hanging out with my favorite felines: Maka and Excalipurr.
